We hear a lot about people being fired for the conversations they have on Facebook, but this is the first time we have seen the National Labor Relations Board order someone be rehired. Here the judge claims the Facebook conversation in question was “well within the bounds of normal discussion of workplace conditions” and should not constitute grounds for immediate termination.
